Cian Mitsunaga earned her law degree from Columbia Law School. Cian
soon joined the New York office of a top international law firm, where she
worked as a Corporate Attorney. Cian believed that in starting her own practice,
she could be more effective in helping people deal with a variety of legal issues.
She has since founded Mitsunaga Law Firm, P.C.
Cian has represented business and nonprofit clients from their start-up stages
through their operations and growth. She has handled a wide variety of matters
which include structuring multi-entity ventures, forming business and nonprofit
entities, advising on corporate governance, shareholder buyouts, protecting
intellectual property rights, and drafting and reviewing contracts. Cian has
represented clients in their local, nationwide and international ventures. She also
has specialized expertise in the forensic analysis of loan documents.
